Request items from The Clothes Line in three easy steps
1. Download the Clothing Request Form PDF by clicking the button below. Fill it out on your computer, and then save a copy.
2. Fill out the form on this page with your name and email address. Upload the filled PDF from your computer. Select which The Clothes Line location you would like to send the form to. Please note that you can only request items from one location at a time.
3. Click the Submit button after uploading the form.
