One-on-one confidential employment counselling is provided by our Employment Specialists who are qualified professionals. This comes to you at no cost to you.

During your initial appointment you will meet with your employment specialist who will assess your needs and explore options to assist you on your journey to employment or training. Your Employment Specialist will provide required counselling and coaching and employment supports to eligible job seekers.

• Exploration of education, training & funding options
• Referral to government and community services/resources
• Access to job postings & job development assistance to connect with employers

• Access to Better Jobs Ontario for training or skills upgrading
• Access to Community Job fairs
• Opportunity to meet with hiring managers during employer information sessions
• Access to facility or industrial tours to familiarize yourself with specific workplaces and/or processes
