Make a lasting commitment to families and individuals in your community who are struggling to stay housed, find a job to help support their family and keep food on the table, or a Senior who is feeling isolated and is struggling to secure transportation to important appointments.

With your monthly donation, no matter the size, you are showing people in need in your community, that they count. 

We have put together four monthly donation levels, or choose what works best for you.  You may change or cancel your commitment at any time.

The Gift of Warmth – $10 / month
This level of support can provide an individual experiencing homelessness with a gift card for a hot cup of coffee and a sandwich, or bus fare to an important appointment. 

The Gift of Self Care – $25 / month
This monthly support can provide an individual with basic personal needs including cell phone cards to keep in touch with family and supports, personal hygiene supplies or laundry funds.  This support can help someone feel better about themselves and give them the confidence to move forward.

The Gift of Health and Wellness – $50 / month
This monthly donation can assist individuals and families on low income with prescription costs not covered by regular health plans or aid in the purchase of health supports, i.e. eye wear, dental appointments, children’s medicine.

The Gift of Comfort – $100 / month
This level of support can help provide groceries for a family who is struggling, assist in the coverage of monthly utility bills or provide children and parents with weather appropriate clothing and footwear.
