CONTACT Community Services is a registered charity that takes a proactive approach to changing social needs in South Simcoe. We are invested in the communities we serve. We are committed to supporting anyone in need, and all services are offered free of charge, are non-judgemental and truly inclusive; recognizing that no two people are alike in their needs and goals. Our community volunteers are our foundation and assist in all service areas. Every year CONTACT assists over 3,500 people in their personal journey to improve their quality of life with the supports necessary to thrive.

Housing Services
Housing Services provide support services to people who are experiencing, or who are at imminent risk of experiencing homelessness to help them secure and sustain safe housing.
Employment Services
Employment Services connects people seeking employment to meaningful work opportunities, provides resume and skills training, and second career-specific upgrades and certifications.
Community Programs
Community Programs include the New Horizons social wellness program for isolated seniors, and the Needle Exchange Program, to help keep those who use substances safe.
Volunteer
Volunteer Services connects people to opportunities to strengthen their skill sets and give back to local organizations that rely on volunteers to make their work possible.
The Clothes Line
The Clothes Line, our community thrift store, is a welcoming, inclusive space that provides free and affordable items to South Simcoe’s residents, a gateway to our programs and services, and volunteer opportunities for people from all walks of life.
