Job Description:
Maple Leaf Foods Bradford Plant is Hiring Cooler Workers ( Night Shifts Available)
- Full Time Roles are eligible for Benefits and Pension
- A variety of shifts are available
- fast paced learning environment

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Contributes to a healthy work environment, while maintaining high food safety standards
- Assists with organizing the cooler
- Removes palletized skids from the line (cut-up and food service side)
- Moves palletized product to shipping area
- Supplies dry goods to production (totes and lids)
- Records all codes per skid going out of the line
- Safely operates a pallet truck
- Takes action to correct any issues and to make improvements
- Other responsibilities as required

- Directly helps to meet targets and goals while maintaining a safe & healthy work environment
- Maintains productivity that meets/exceeds standards
- Dedicated to creating a high-quality product that consistently meets product specifications

Qualifications:
REQUIRED SKILLS, ABILITY & EXPERIENCE:
- Able to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Able to work in the cooler area for the duration of the shift
- Able to stand and walk throughout the shift
- Must be able to lift totes/boxes up to 50 lbs.
- Good communication skills, able to speak and read English
