SUMMARY:FREE SENIORS PROGRAM - Fall Prevention
DESCRIPTION:Join a local public health nurse in a fun activity to learn how everyday actions can help to protect us all against injuries and falls. \nThe workshop will include an icebreaker to get participants engaged\, followed by the MYSTERY BAG ACTIVITY.  Participants will be provided with a prop that will facilitate discussion about risks and protective factors to decrease the risk of injury associated with falls.
