Items we can accept
Please keep in mind the quality and resale value of the goods you are donating. If you are unable to sell an item at a garage sale or wouldn’t give it to a friend or a family member, we probably won't be able to sell it!

Clothing & Accessories
Men’s, women's, and children’s clothing, jewelry, hats, mitts, scarves, ties, shoes (all types), purses, and wallets

Housewares
Bed & Bath Items: towels, bedspreads, comforters, sheets, blankets, pillowcases, curtains, and tablecloths.
Kitchen Items: mugs, pots, pans, utensils, china cups, dishes, cutlery, glassware, silverware, stemware, cookware, and hand tools

Household Items:
Pictures, frames, vases, baskets
Small electrical appliances in good working condition: toasters, radios, power tools, irons, blenders, mixers, small stereos, CD players, hair dryers, curling irons, lamps, telephones, and clocks
Miscellaneous Items:
Games, puzzles, books (hardback and paperback), records, tapes, CD's, videos, DVD's, bicycles, and ice skates
Seasonal decor, sporting goods
Items we cannot accept
We appreciate your generosity and goodwill, however any donations that we are unable to use waste valuable volunteer time and resources on sorting through and disposing of items that cannot be sold.
We can not accept these items:
- Computers/monitors/printers
- Construction items/motors/paint
- Dictionaries, Encyclopedias, Self-Help books
- Food/medicine
- Helmets
- Infants cars seats and cribs
- Large furniture
- Major appliances
- Mattresses/box springs
- Televisions
- Tires/rims
- Toilets/sinks


Donation Drop-off
Drop-offs are accepted at the back entrance of The Clothes Line via Dickson Lane (off Wellington Street). We would appreciate it if you would bring your donations during regular store hours. Please do not leave items outside. All items that are wet, must be disposed of.
